WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Unused/unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns/exchanges must include a copy of your receipt. If a product is defective, we will exchange it for a new product at no additional charge. Refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the returned product. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. Sometimes there is a delay as USPS tracking numbers update. Your tracking number will be updated once your package reaches a USPS checkpoint. Please allow 2-3 business days for the update.

 

HOW WAS GET LOST FOUNDED?

Get Lost was founded in Spokane, Washington in 2016 by Brian Meier. The concept for Get Lost came about while Brian was writing his first book, Awaken the Bear. You can read more about Get Lost and the philosophy that drives it here.
