Ironically I was asked to review the service, delivery and item....two aquabricks and spigot. Well.. the review says "we've fulfilled your order". Uhm....nope...no aquabricks...I have not received the items I paid for and ordered. I have a feeling I never will. We'll see.
I was so thankful that I had an issue with an item that I had purchased the company responded through email and phone we discussed it, getlost handled the issue with professionalism making me a believer this is a company that is customer care #1 thank you getlost
